Privacy Policy

1. Ringkasan

MuslimKit dirancang dengan prinsip privacy by design — hampir seluruh fitur berjalan 100% di perangkat Anda (on-device) tanpa mengirim data pribadi ke server manapun. Pengecualiannya hanya fitur opsional yang membutuhkan akun: Masuk dengan Google, status premium, dan Cadangan Cloud khusus Premium (lihat bagian 6). Halaman ini menjelaskan secara rinci data apa saja yang diproses, bagaimana caranya, dan oleh siapa.

2. Pemrosesan AI (Rakaat Counter)

• Pemrosesan AI Pose Landmark Tracking (Google ML Kit) untuk mendeteksi posisi Berdiri, Ruku', I'tidal, Sujud, dan Tasyahud berjalan sepenuhnya lokal di memori HP Anda.
• Rekaman gambar/video dari kamera selfie tidak pernah disimpan, direkam, atau dikirim ke server manapun — termasuk ke pengembang aplikasi ini.

3. Izin Lokasi (GPS)

• Izin lokasi digunakan khusus untuk kalkulasi arah Kiblat dan jadwal shalat lokal secara offline (termasuk penentuan metode perhitungan berdasarkan wilayah).
• Koordinat lokasi dihitung dan diproses di perangkat dan tidak dikirim ke server MuslimKit. Untuk menampilkan nama kota di layar Jadwal Shalat dan widget, aplikasi memakai layanan geocoding bawaan Android (Google), sehingga koordinat dapat dikirim ke layanan geocoding Google hanya untuk mengubahnya menjadi nama kota; kami tidak menerima atau menyimpannya. Izin lokasi bersifat opsional dan dapat kamu tolak atau cabut kapan saja di pengaturan perangkat.

4. Penyimpanan Lokal

Data berikut disimpan di perangkat Anda (via penyimpanan lokal aplikasi) dan tidak dikirim ke server, kecuali jika Anda sendiri memakai fitur Cadangan Cloud Premium (lihat bagian 6):

• Preset & progres hitungan Tasbih Digital
• Bookmark ayat Al-Qur'an dan progres bacaan
• Catatan & acara pada fitur Kalender/Agenda
• Check-in Jurnal Ibadah dan progres Tahfidz (hafalan)
• Berkas audio murottal dan suara adzan yang sudah diunduh (cache)
• Shalat sunnah custom yang Anda tambahkan
• Preferensi pengaturan (bahasa, mode gender, metode kalkulasi shalat, posisi HP, dll.)

Menghapus aplikasi akan menghapus seluruh data ini secara permanen dari perangkat. Cadangan Cloud (jika pernah dibuat) tersimpan terpisah dan dihapus saat akun dihapus.

Layanan di atas adalah pihak ketiga independen; kami tidak mengontrol kebijakan privasi mereka, dan seperti permintaan internet pada umumnya, mereka dapat menerima alamat IP Anda. Audio Murottal hanya diunduh saat Anda menekan tombol putar atau unduh surah, lalu disimpan di perangkat Anda agar bisa diputar ulang tanpa internet. Setelah Anda menekan putar, pemutaran dapat berlanjut saat layar terkunci atau aplikasi di latar belakang dengan kontrol pada notifikasi; tidak ada audio yang berjalan otomatis tanpa Anda memulainya.

6. Masuk dengan Google & Akun (Opsional)

MuslimKit tidak mewajibkan akun. Semua fitur dasar bisa dipakai tanpa masuk. Kamu hanya perlu masuk dengan Google jika ingin akses premium atau langganan tetap terjaga saat ganti atau install ulang HP.

Data yang diproses saat kamu masuk:

• Alamat email dan nama akun Google kamu (serta informasi profil dasar yang diberikan Google, termasuk URL foto profil; foto hanya ditampilkan di aplikasi dan tidak kami salin atau simpan)
• ID pengguna unik yang dibuat oleh Firebase Authentication
• Status akses premium kamu (jenis akses seperti langganan/uji coba/promo, tanggal berakhir) dan token pembelian dari Google Play, yang tersimpan di Cloud Firestore dan terhubung ke ID pengguna kamu. Bila akses premium diberikan langsung oleh kami (misalnya untuk penguji atau undangan), kami juga mencatat alamat email penerima, masa berlaku, dan catatan internal di catatan admin yang tidak bisa dibaca aplikasi; catatan ini ikut dihapus saat kamu menghapus akun
• Jika kamu menjadi pengguna Premium dan memakai Cadangan Cloud: salinan data ibadah dan pengaturan dari HP kamu (misalnya Jurnal Ibadah, progres Tahfidz, tasbih, bookmark, catatan & agenda, shalat sunnah custom, preferensi), dikompresi dan disimpan di Cloud Firestore dengan ID pengguna kamu
• Jika kamu mengisi survei rekomendasi: skor (1-10), kode bahasa, dan waktu pengisian

Cadangan Cloud (khusus Premium, opsional): hanya dibuat saat kamu menekan Cadangkan sekarang atau mengaktifkan cadangan harian otomatis (nonaktif secara default). Tujuannya semata-mata agar data kamu bisa dipulihkan di HP baru. Data ini dikirim lewat koneksi terenkripsi dan disimpan terenkripsi oleh Google Cloud (enkripsi di server, bukan end-to-end), hanya bisa diakses lewat server kami atas nama akunmu, tidak dibaca untuk keperluan lain, tidak dijual, dan dihapus saat kamu menghapus akun. Kamu juga bisa mengekspor/mengimpor data ke berkas cadangan (.mkbackup) yang sepenuhnya kamu simpan sendiri di luar server kami. Berkas ini dienkripsi dengan kata sandi yang kamu buat (AES-256-GCM); kami tidak menyimpan kata sandi itu sehingga tidak bisa memulihkannya jika kamu lupa.

Proses masuk ditangani oleh Google Sign-In dan Firebase Authentication (keduanya layanan Google LLC). Kami tidak pernah menerima atau menyimpan kata sandi Google kamu. Pembayaran diproses sepenuhnya oleh Google Play; kami tidak menerima nomor kartu atau data pembayaran kamu.

Tujuan penggunaan:

• Mengautentikasi kamu dan menautkan akses premium/langganan ke akun, sehingga bisa dipulihkan di HP baru atau setelah install ulang
• Memverifikasi pembelian dan mencegah penyalahgunaan atau penipuan
• Menanggapi permintaan dukungan pengguna
• Mencegah penyalahgunaan masa uji coba gratis (lihat di bawah)

Pencegahan penyalahgunaan uji coba: agar uji coba gratis tidak bisa diulang dengan menghapus lalu membuat akun lagi, server kami menyimpan kode acak satu arah (hash HMAC) yang dihitung dari ID akun Google kamu, beserta penanda sederhana (sudah pernah uji coba, ikut kampanye tertentu, pernah berlangganan, akun pernah dihapus). Kode ini tidak bisa dibalik menjadi email atau identitasmu, tidak memuat nama/email/ID pengguna, tidak dibaca aplikasi, dan tetap disimpan setelah akun dihapus karena itulah tujuannya.

Data akun tidak dijual dan tidak dipakai untuk iklan yang dipersonalisasi. Data ibadah di perangkat (lihat bagian 4) tidak termasuk data akun ini dan tetap berada di HP kamu, kecuali jika kamu sendiri memilih Cadangan Cloud di atas.

Penyimpanan & hak kamu: data akun disimpan selama akun aktif. Kamu berhak meminta akses, koreksi, dan penghapusan data akun kapan saja, sesuai hukum yang berlaku di tempat tinggalmu (misalnya UU Pelindungan Data Pribadi Indonesia atau GDPR). Cara termudah: di aplikasi, buka Pengaturan > Akun > Hapus akun, atau lihat halaman Hapus Akun untuk langkah lengkap, data yang dihapus, dan jangka waktunya. Catatan transaksi yang wajib disimpan menurut hukum (misalnya perpajakan/akuntansi) dan kode anti-penyalahgunaan uji coba di atas dapat dipertahankan sebatas diperlukan. Kebijakan privasi Google dan Firebase berlaku untuk layanan mereka: policies.google.com/privacy dan firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

7. Iklan (Google AdMob)

Aplikasi ini menampilkan iklan banner (bukan full-screen/interstitial) di bagian bawah beberapa layar, seperti Beranda, Jadwal Shalat, Kalender, Kiblat, Asmaul Husna, Doa, Panduan Shalat, Wudhu, Dashboard, tracker ibadah (Dzikir, Puasa, Ngaji, Tahfidz termasuk Uji Hafalan (Sambung Ayat dan Lafalkan), Checklist Shalat) beserta Laporan Otomatis, Silsilah Para Nabi, dan Pengaturan. Tidak ada iklan di layar pembaca Al-Qur'an, Tasbih Digital, maupun Rakaat Counter. Kamu juga dapat memilih menonton iklan video berhadiah (rewarded) untuk menyembunyikan banner selama jangka waktu tertentu (saat ini 24 jam); pengguna baru juga dapat mendapat masa bebas iklan di awal pemakaian. Ini opsional dan tidak membuka fitur berbayar. Iklan disediakan oleh Google AdMob dan dapat ditayangkan melalui mitra mediasi iklan yang kami aktifkan di AdMob, antara lain Unity Ads dan InMobi (daftar dapat berubah sesuai pengaturan mediasi kami). Untuk menampilkan iklan, AdMob dan mitranya dapat mengumpulkan:

• ID iklan perangkat (Advertising ID)
• Informasi teknis perangkat (model, sistem operasi, operator seluler)
• Perkiraan lokasi umum (berbasis IP, bukan GPS presisi) untuk relevansi iklan

Bagi pengguna di Uni Eropa/Inggris, layar persetujuan (consent) akan muncul sesuai regulasi GDPR sebelum iklan dipersonalisasi ditampilkan. Anda dapat meninjau kebijakan privasi Google terkait iklan di policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Analitik penggunaan (Firebase Analytics): kami memakai Firebase Analytics untuk statistik agregat tentang fitur yang dipakai (misalnya layar langganan dibuka, uji coba dimulai, pembelian berhasil, iklan berhadiah ditonton) agar aplikasi bisa diperbaiki. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa pengenal aplikasi/instalasi, informasi perangkat dan perkiraan wilayah, laporan crash dan data diagnostik teknis (misalnya kegagalan aplikasi dan performa), serta kejadian di atas. SDK iklan Google (AdMob) dan mitra mediasi juga dapat mengumpulkan data diagnostik dan crash terkait iklan. Isi data ibadahmu (catatan tracker, bacaan, hafalan) tidak pernah dikirim. 8. Notifikasi & Pengingat

Pengingat waktu shalat, dzikir, puasa sunnah, dan agenda dijadwalkan secara lokal di perangkat menggunakan sistem alarm Android. Izin "Jadwalkan Alarm Persis" dan penerima "Boot Completed" hanya dipakai agar pengingat tetap akurat setelah HP di-restart — tidak ada data yang dikirim keluar perangkat untuk fitur ini. Adzan diputar oleh pemutar bawaan MuslimKit di perangkat (dengan layanan latar depan selama adzan berbunyi dan tombol Stop di notifikasi); audionya berasal dari berkas yang sudah ada di perangkat, jadi pemutaran ini juga tidak mengirim data apa pun.

10. Privasi Anak

Aplikasi ini tidak secara khusus ditujukan untuk anak-anak di bawah 13 tahun dan tidak secara sengaja mengumpulkan data pribadi dari anak-anak.

1. Summary

MuslimKit is built with a privacy by design principle — nearly all features run 100% on your device without sending personal data to any server. The only exceptions are optional features that need an account: Sign in with Google, premium status, and the Premium-only Cloud Backup (see section 6). This page explains in detail what data is processed, how, and by whom.

2. AI Processing (Rakaat Counter)

• AI Pose Landmark Tracking (Google ML Kit), used to detect Standing, Ruku', I'tidal, Sujud, and Tashahhud, runs entirely locally in your phone's memory.
• Camera/video feeds from the selfie camera are never saved, recorded, or transmitted to any server — including to this app's developer.

3. Location Permission (GPS)

• Location permission is used exclusively for Qibla direction and local prayer schedule calculations, offline (including picking the right regional calculation method).
• Location coordinates are calculated and processed on your device and are never sent to MuslimKit servers. To show a city name on the Prayer Times screen and widgets, the app uses Android's built-in geocoding service (provided by Google), so coordinates may be sent to Google's geocoding service only to be converted into a city name; we do not receive or store them. Location permission is optional and you can deny or revoke it at any time in your device settings.

4. Local Storage

The following data is stored on your device (via the app's local storage) and is not transmitted to a server, unless you yourself use the Premium Cloud Backup feature (see section 6):

• Digital Tasbih presets & counting progress
• Qur'an verse bookmarks and reading progress
• Notes & events in the Calendar/Agenda feature
• Worship Journal check-ins and Tahfidz (memorisation) progress
• Downloaded murottal audio and adhan voice files (cache)
• Custom sunnah prayers you add
• Settings preferences (language, gender mode, prayer calculation method, phone placement, etc.)

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of this data from the device. A Cloud Backup (if you made one) is stored separately and is deleted when you delete your account.

The services above are independent third parties; we do not control their privacy policies, and like any internet request they may receive your IP address. Murottal audio is only downloaded when you tap play or download a surah, and is then stored on your device so it can be replayed without internet. Once you press play, playback can continue while the screen is locked or the app is in the background, with controls in the notification; no audio ever starts on its own without you starting it.

6. Google Sign-In & Your Account (Optional)

MuslimKit does not require an account. All core features work without signing in. You only need to sign in with Google if you want your premium access or subscription to follow you when you change or reinstall your phone.

Data processed when you sign in:

• Your Google account email address and name (plus basic profile information Google provides, including the profile photo URL; the photo is only displayed in the app and we do not copy or store it)
• A unique user ID created by Firebase Authentication
• Your premium access status (access type such as subscription/trial/promo, expiry date) and Google Play purchase token, stored in Cloud Firestore and linked to your user ID. When premium access is granted directly by us (for example to testers or invited users), we also record the recipient's email address, the validity period, and an internal note in an admin record that the app cannot read; this record is deleted when you delete your account
• If you are a Premium user and use Cloud Backup: a copy of the worship data and settings on your phone (for example Worship Journal, Tahfidz progress, tasbih, bookmarks, notes & agenda, custom sunnah prayers, preferences), compressed and stored in Cloud Firestore under your user ID
• If you answer the recommendation survey: the score (1-10), language code, and time of the answer

Cloud Backup (Premium only, optional): it is only created when you tap Back up now or turn on the automatic daily backup (off by default). Its sole purpose is letting you restore your data on a new phone. The data is sent over an encrypted connection and stored encrypted at rest by Google Cloud (server-side encryption, not end-to-end), is reachable only through our servers on behalf of your account, is not read for any other purpose, is not sold, and is deleted when you delete your account. You can also export/import your data to a backup file (.mkbackup) that you keep yourself, entirely outside our servers. This file is encrypted with a password you choose (AES-256-GCM); we never store that password, so we cannot recover it if you forget it.

Sign-in is handled by Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication (both Google LLC services). We never receive or store your Google password. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play; we do not receive your card number or payment details.

Purposes:

• Authenticating you and linking premium/subscription access to your account so it can be restored on a new phone or after a reinstall
• Verifying purchases and preventing abuse or fraud
• Responding to support requests
• Preventing abuse of the free trial (see below)

Trial abuse prevention: so the free trial cannot be repeated by deleting and re-creating an account, our server stores a one-way random code (HMAC hash) computed from your Google account ID, together with simple flags (has used a trial, joined a given campaign, has subscribed, account was deleted). The code cannot be reversed into your email or identity, contains no name/email/user ID, is never read by the app, and is kept after you delete your account, because that is its purpose.

Account data is not sold and is not used for personalized advertising. Your on-device worship data (see section 4) is not part of this account data and stays on your phone, unless you yourself choose the Cloud Backup above.

Retention & your rights: account data is kept while your account is active. You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your account data at any time, as provided by the law where you live (for example GDPR or Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law). The easiest way: in the app go to Settings > Account > Delete account, or see the Delete Account page for full steps, what is deleted, and the timeline. Transaction records that must be kept by law (for example tax/accounting) and the trial anti-abuse code described above may be retained to the extent required. Google's and Firebase's own privacy policies apply to their services: policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

7. Advertising (Google AdMob)

This app displays banner ads (not full-screen/interstitial) at the bottom of several screens, such as Home, Prayer Times, Calendar, Qibla, Asmaul Husna, Duas, Prayer Guide, Wudu, Dashboard, the worship trackers (Dhikr, Fasting, Qur'an reading, Tahfidz including the Memorization Test (Continue the Verse and Recite), Prayer Checklist) and the Auto Report, Lineage of the Prophets, and Settings. There are no ads in the Qur'an reader, Digital Tasbih, or Rakaat Counter. You can also choose to watch rewarded video ads to hide banners for a period of time (currently 24 hours); new users may also get an ad-free period at the start. This is optional and does not unlock paid features. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and may be served through ad mediation partners that we enable in AdMob, including Unity Ads and InMobi (the list may change with our mediation settings). To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may collect:

• Device advertising ID
• Technical device information (model, OS, mobile carrier)
• Approximate general location (IP-based, not precise GPS) for ad relevance

For users in the EU/UK, a consent screen will appear per GDPR regulations before personalized ads are shown. You can review Google's advertising privacy policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics): we use Firebase Analytics for aggregate statistics about which features are used (for example subscription screen opened, trial started, purchase completed, rewarded ad watched) so the app can be improved. Collected data is an app/installation identifier, device information and approximate region, crash reports and technical diagnostics (for example app failures and performance), plus those events. Google's ads SDK (AdMob) and mediation partners may also collect ad-related crash and diagnostic data. The content of your worship data (tracker entries, readings, memorization) is never sent. 8. Notifications & Reminders

Prayer time, dhikr, fasting, and agenda reminders are scheduled entirely on your device using Android's alarm system. The "Schedule Exact Alarm" permission and the "Boot Completed" receiver are only used to keep reminders accurate after your phone restarts — no data leaves your device for this feature. The adhan is played by MuslimKit's own player on your device (with a foreground service while the adhan sounds and a Stop button in the notification); it plays audio files that are already on your device, so this playback does not send any data either.

This app is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page along with the updated date shown above.
