Delete your MuslimKit account

MuslimKit bisa dipakai tanpa akun. Halaman ini untuk kamu yang sudah masuk dengan Google (opsional) dan ingin menghapus akun beserta data yang terkait di server kami. Kamu bisa melakukannya sendiri di aplikasi, atau meminta lewat email.

Cara 1: Hapus di dalam aplikasi (disarankan)

Buka aplikasi MuslimKit, lalu masuk ke Pengaturan.
Pilih bagian Akun, lalu ketuk Hapus akun.
Baca penjelasan di layar, lalu konfirmasi. Kamu akan diminta masuk ulang dengan Google untuk memastikan ini memang akun kamu.
Setelah berhasil, akun kamu dihapus dan kamu otomatis keluar dari aplikasi.

Cara 2: Minta lewat email

Tidak bisa membuka aplikasi (misalnya HP hilang atau aplikasi sudah dihapus)? Kirim email ke [email protected] dengan subjek "Hapus akun MuslimKit", dari alamat email yang sama dengan akun Google yang kamu pakai untuk masuk. Kami mungkin meminta informasi tambahan untuk memastikan akun tersebut milik kamu.

Data apa yang dihapus

Identitas akun Google yang tertaut ke MuslimKit lewat Firebase Authentication: alamat email, nama, dan ID pengguna.
Data hak akses di cloud: catatan status premium, langganan, uji coba, atau promo yang tertaut ke akun kamu.
Data lain di server kami yang terhubung ke ID pengguna kamu.

Penghapusan akun bersifat permanen. Akses premium tidak bisa dipulihkan untuk akun yang sudah dihapus.

Data yang tetap ada di HP kamu

Data ibadah dan pengaturan yang tersimpan lokal di perangkat (misalnya progres tasbih, bookmark Al-Qur'an, agenda, catatan, dan preferensi) tidak dikirim ke server dan tidak ikut terhapus saat akun dihapus, karena memang berada di HP kamu. Untuk menghapusnya, hapus (uninstall) aplikasi atau bersihkan data aplikasi lewat pengaturan Android.

Data yang mungkin tetap kami simpan

Catatan transaksi atau pembelian yang wajib disimpan menurut hukum (misalnya keperluan perpajakan atau akuntansi) dapat dipertahankan selama jangka waktu yang diwajibkan, dan bila memungkinkan dilepaskan dari identitas pribadi kamu. Salinan cadangan sistem akan terhapus secara berkala sesuai siklus penyimpanannya.

Jangka waktu

Akun masuk (autentikasi) dihapus segera setelah penghapusan dikonfirmasi di aplikasi. Data terkait lainnya di server kami dihapus paling lambat 30 hari sejak permintaan diterima, baik lewat aplikasi maupun email.

Penting: batalkan langganan di Google Play

Menghapus akun MuslimKit tidak otomatis membatalkan langganan Google Play. Langganan dikelola oleh Google Play, jadi batalkan sendiri agar tidak ditagih lagi: buka Google Play Store > foto profil > Pembayaran & langganan > Langganan > MuslimKit > Batalkan langganan. Pengembalian dana mengikuti kebijakan Google Play.

Akun Google kamu

Menghapus akun MuslimKit tidak menghapus akun Google kamu. Kalau mau, kamu juga bisa mencabut izin akses MuslimKit di myaccount.google.com/permissions.

MuslimKit works without an account. This page is for people who have signed in with Google (optional) and want their account, and the related data on our servers, deleted. You can do it yourself in the app, or request it by email.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the MuslimKit app and go to Settings.
Open the Account section and tap Delete account.
Read the explanation on screen and confirm. You will be asked to sign in with Google again to verify the account is yours.
Once it succeeds, your account is deleted and you are signed out of the app.

Option 2: Request by email

Can't open the app (for example, you lost your phone or already uninstalled it)? Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my MuslimKit account", from the same email address as the Google account you used to sign in. We may ask for additional information to confirm the account is yours.

What gets deleted

The Google account identity linked to MuslimKit through Firebase Authentication: email address, name, and user ID.
Cloud entitlement records: the premium, subscription, trial, or promo status linked to your account.
Any other data on our servers connected to your user ID.

Account deletion is permanent. Premium access cannot be restored for a deleted account.

What stays on your phone

Worship data and settings stored locally on your device (for example tasbih progress, Qur'an bookmarks, calendar events and notes, and preferences) are never sent to our servers and are not removed when you delete your account, because they live on your phone. To remove them, uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.

What we may retain

Transaction or purchase records that we are legally required to keep (for example for tax or accounting purposes) may be retained for the period required by law and, where possible, separated from your personal identity. System backups are purged on their regular rotation cycle.

Timeline

Your sign-in (authentication) account is removed as soon as the deletion is confirmed in the app. Other related data on our servers is deleted within 30 days of receiving your request, whether made in the app or by email.

Important: cancel your subscription in Google Play

Deleting your MuslimKit account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, so cancel it yourself to avoid further charges: open Google Play Store > profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > MuslimKit > Cancel subscription. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.

Your Google account

Deleting your MuslimKit account does not delete your Google account. If you wish, you can also revoke MuslimKit's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
